The national average market hit a trough in February in its climb back into the black. Today prices are up by approximately 10 per cent, but the top end London market is setting itself far apart from the rest of the country. The mortgage and base rate cuts, in particular, have offered many a level of security that previous generations have not seen, meaning that the percentage of forced sales has been kept at a minimum. Whilst buyers and sellers remain cautious the supply has remained modest and the market fairly static.

In London, however, the story is very different: the Land Registry House Price Index, released in June 2010, indicates that London's monthly change of 0.7 per cent is the third consecutive month in which the figure has been positive, with the average house in London now worth £338,708 and annual growth continuing to overtake that of England and Wales as a whole.

Boasting the highest annual price change, London saw an increase of 14.2 per cent, whilst Middlesbrough experienced the greatest annual price fall with a movement of -9.2 per cent. Maple and Birch: Similar in appearance and performance. Both woods tend not to be very porous and are thusly very smooth. They are whitish in color and are usually just clear coated rather than stained to preserve their natural coloration.

As a homeowner, you should have a basic understanding of this solar technology, so you can make intelligent decisions about how you may use it. There are just a few basic components you will need to put the sun's solar energy to work for you. The main component is of course, the solar panels. How you intend to use the power, will dictate the balance of the equipment you'll need. Initially, let's look at a stand-alone system that will not be connected to the power company or the AC voltage of your home. This system will require at least one Solar Panel, a Battery and a Charge Controller.

Charge controllers may also monitor battery temperature to prevent overheating.

If you want to operate AC products with your Solar Power, you'll need an Inverter. The Power Inverter is an electronic device intended to take a low-voltage DC power from a solar panel and its battery, converting it to standard 115 volt AC power like the current you have in your home. This conversion process thereby allows you to use many of your household appliances and your electronic products virtually anywhere.

Different inverters are made to produce different types of AC power. Some sophisticated electronics do not function properly using a square wave AC, which the type of power produced by some inexpensive Inverters. Take for example the clear heavy vinyl that makes up the bags that newly purchased comforters are sold in. They not only make an easy way to protect the comforter, but they also provide a nice way to view what design the merchandise is made of without having to open the package right there in the middle of the store. But what happens to that vinyl packaging once the merchandise is home and in use?
Many ideas come to my mind. Right away, they can be used for storage. Say, if you have a toddler at home and they quickly out grow their clothing. You can just store their old out grown clothes in that vinyl bag and keep them for any little ones that might come along later.Also most department stores have a policy in place that says that all female employees must use a clear purse or pocketbook while at work. This way store security can see what they carry in their purses without having the employee empty the contents.Clear plastic would be easier to recycle than darker plastics. Not only is recycling the correct thing to do it is also easy and responsible. I'm sure anyone that can sit for five minutes or less can come up with reasons that using plastics and vinyls in enviornmentally safe. Not only does it make the contents visably enticing to the eye. But the plastic containers, no matter their original use. Always have more than one use. Why not use these vinyl or plastic bags as long as they will last us?

Recycling should not be limited to plastic or vinyl Bags, we can of course recycle our cans and bottles but my challenge to you is to find a new and creative way to recycle this week. Once you have come up with your new idea and then don't keep it to yourself, spread the word. Together we may improve our environment and help our future generations to live in a better planet. We have turned into a disposable consumerism society but there is still a chance to change our ways, we can just think about the many items we throw in the trash, can we use it again?
